I originally started using a physical workbook to illustrate my progress through the paper but have since decided to make the switch to an online form of documentation so please bear with my first few posts which are pictures of my physical workbook.

Collecting resources/inspiration

Using the list of artists provided, I started to look at some of the art that interested me.





Key artists that I might look into further depending on our themes:
Kara Walker & Banksy - I like the possibility of doing stencil or vinyl work.
Simon Morris - I'm interested in the idea of responding to a space rather than producing art for a space.
Beatriz Milhazes - I love the layers of her work.
Anthony McCall - I'm very interested in working with light - and again potentially using stencil works to create light filters.
